Role and Responsibilities:- 1- Identifying new sales leads 2- When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include: - Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets - Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing - Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings - Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives 3- Analyze the requirements (business analysis) and work closely with the business analyst team for the drafting of relevant documents, charts, and diagrams for presentations. 4- Work closely with the Project Lead and provide quotations, cost estimates, commercials and timeline estimates 5- Convert prospects into clients and close deals. 6- The ideal candidate for the Business Development job profile will be the one with a combination of sales skills, inter personal convincing skills, solid communication skills, business analysis and a thrust for driving more sales. 7- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers. Key skills:- 1- Writing skills: You will regularly be in communication with clients on email and various IMs which requires good command over English 2- Speaking skills: These will mainly be deployed internally. You will need to be able to explain coherently to others, who may not be familiar with the medium, how digital technologies work and what their marketing application is 3- Knowledge of Online bidding, RFPs, RFQs, Project Analysis, Business Analysis in a software company a definite advantage Qualification Required:- B .Com / B.A. / BBA / BBM / BBS / MBA / PGDM (Any Specialization) with strong fluency in English. Note:- Both Freshers & Experience candidates can apply. (For Freshers training will be provided for 3 months with Stipend)
