Job Description

Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing effective search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies Managing offsite and onsite optimisation work and reporting on performance Develop and execute successful SEO strategies Manage a team of SEO Specialists Conduct keyword research to guide content team Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes Optimize website content and landing pages Direct off-page optimisation work (e.g. link-building) Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated to SEO strategy Communication with team and management on strategy/project development, timelines, and results Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions Research, Competitor Analysis, Content-marketing, internal and external linking for all URLs of a website Required Candidate profile: Proven experience as SEO Manager Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on success Passion for SEO and overall internet marketing Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically and resolving problems Excellent analytical, organisational, project management and time management skills Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. SEMrush, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console) Excellent communication skills Strong organisational and leadership skills Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude Experience Required: 6 - 11 years
