Job Description

- Responsible for end to end contract staffing sourcing activities & ensure target achievement of the same - Understand open mandates of various clients - Map Industrial areas / Railway stations / commercial buildings /hubs/warehouses etc. based on types of open mandates - Approach people from various backgrounds & offer them mouth-melting job opportunities - Maintain good rapport with people, generate references & build up database against open positions - Arrange drives/line-up of candidates from various channels such as database, field visits, Job fairs, posters, pamphlets distribution, college & vendor tie-ups, referencing & social media for open client requirements in bulk numbers - Fetch timely feedback from clients & update candidates on the same - Coordinate / follow up with selected candidates until they join - Local Market exposure coupled with field sourcing, bulk-hiring exposure preferably from staffing Industry - Candidate with field sales/credit card/telecom sales will be preferred. - Freshers are also welcome. Qualifications: Under Graduate Industry: Staffing Experience: 0 years to 5 years Age criteria:18 – 23 years CTC: As per market standards
