Area Sales Manager

Job Description

We are hiring for candidates with 4-8 Years of experience pre-dominantly in Retail distribution management. - Achieve sales target as per management business objectives - Supports the determination of annual volume target approach by supporting action plans based on marketing strategies - Support, Educate and Motivate the distributor’s sales team (DSR) to achieve the sales volumes and profitability objectives of ILIN. - Monitor and control of Distributors working (Infrastructure, Working capital, growth mindset) & information flow from Distributors to HO. Ensuring all distributors are working as per the policy & guidelines of ILIN Management. - Analyzing secondary data and devising appropriate input to make Distributor grow in his area. - Launching New Products/ product portfolios and brand “Idemitsu”. The positioning of “Idemitsu” brand to get the desired market share. - Outstanding communication skills including presentations and public speaking. - Well versed in Sales process & has ample experience in Sales process implementation in the market. - Expert in Value selling & Value added proposals implementation - Knowledge of lubricant, local market, and customers - Excellent in relation-building, energetic & keen to take on new tasks Qualification: Graduate/ MBA preferred
