JOB Description: Training & Development: ⨀ Strengthening Team Training ⨀ Strengthening Manager level Training ⨀ Improving the levels of Pizza making at the make line area ⨀ Re-enforcement of '30 minutes or free' service guarantee ⨀ Strengthening Training Ace structure ⨀ Manager Performance Index ⨀ Organising FPM in the Region ⨀ New product Rollout ⨀ Manager Mix Customer Service ⨀ Training modules - roll out and implementation ⨀ WOW ⨀ Further integrating SI and work on issues to improve the score ⨀ Further integrating Guest concerns and work on top 3 issues Visits and Audits ⨀ Conducting Audits ⨀ OER visits scores ⨀ Support Department Ratings Projects ⨀ Campus Interviews ⨀ New Project QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: ⨀ Qualification – Post Graduate ⨀ Experience – 10 yrs. of quality experience in the field of Operations/ Skill based Training
