You will be part of a team of QA engineers, developers, and project managers to help optimize software for certain locales and languages to finally deliver the right product in the locale. The best candidate would be an individual contributor to the project with optional project management responsibilities for a sub-team. Exp: 2 - 4 Yrs Must have skills Proficiency in English and Marathi (Speak/Read/Write) Strong Technical skills Good with Data analytical skills ⨀ Provide natural native-language expertise for a wide range of topic areas and help to define software needs ⨀ Serve as expert “raters” for specific products, for engineers working on improving the software ⨀ Analyze data and further related analysis ⨀ Work with Search Engineers for advanced algorithm development ⨀ Diagnose and report results ⨀ UI and Product improvement ⨀ Help adjust the user interfaces to the local languages ⨀ Write configuration documents for explanations Requirements- ⨀ IT / Technical degree ⨀ Relevant experience of at least 2 -3 year in QA (SQL and coding background) ⨀ Native Speaker (speak, read & write) of BOTH Marathi AND Hindi ⨀ Out of box thinking ⨀ Ability to think logically ⨀ Individual contributor ⨀ Self- learning abilities ⨀ Good communication in English & Hindi and Marathi. Responsibilities • Work with engineering teams across Google and SLS Qualitest teams to define and implement requirements and scope to drive and improve global-ready development practices • Find efficient workflows that deliver a truly global user experience without slowing down the engineering process • Ensure that language and local market requirements are understood and supported from a technical perspective what are we looking for? - Understand what are we doing in Google (above) - Relationship between QT and Google - They have to be technical individual (computer science, etc.) - Show their ability to (from school/work experience) - Understand how to google search works (they can read online). - If they have work experience/ project from school - they have to know to explain IN DETAILS what were they doing, what application or product the company had. - Self-learning Notice Period- 30 days CTC- 7 LPA max
