Job Description 1. Develop a strategy and design business plan with different elements to achieve profitability 2. Developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. 3. Promote and enhance the brand and brand image 4. Lead team performance 5. Interact with customers for sales closure and final negotiations 7. Translate sales plans for sales agents in line with the business unit strategy. 8. Train and evaluate the performance of the team. Experience: Minimum 3 years in FMCG (Preferred from Food Division)
