Job Description

Job Profile : To preparation of salary details of associate employees. To process Full & Final Settlement. Preparation & finalization of Salary Register. Cross verification of final register with deduction reports. To Handle employees queries and all correspondence related to Payroll activity. Verification of Statutory Compliances (PF, PT, ESIC, Gratuity etc). To update & maintain leave records of employees. To ensure complete elimination of salary discrepancies. To generate pay slip through Software then send to Location-wise & Client wise. To check an investment declaration document and update in the system at FY closing. To complete payroll processing on system & excel base file. Skills Set : Good communication skills. Candidate should be well versed with advanced Excel.
