Key Responsibilities of the job include: 1. Create a GTM for the appointment of Rural Delivery Point’s in the state. 2. Seek out / Evaluate and appoint Rural Delivery Point’s in decided locations across the state. 3. Create a team of Rural Delivery Point’s Zonal Managers to manage the Rural Delivery Point’s 4. Train and run the compensation program for Rural Delivery Point’s roster wise. 5. Ensure peak performance of the Rural Delivery Point’s at all time. 6. Evaluate the performance of Rural Delivery Point’s and correct / improve /replace nonperforming Rural Delivery Point’s at a constant rate. 7. Willing to travel extensively for long periods of time in the field. Skillsets Required 1. Managed a village level operation across the state preferably from an NGO/Social Org. 2. Good Local connects across the state of Rajasthan. 3. FMCG rural distribution experience can be an added bonus 4. Good Working knowledge of MS-Excel 5. 2 to 5 years of experience and understanding of working closely with low income urban and rural communities, thus having a deep familiarity with their requirements.
