Job Summary As a business development manager is to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. Communicating new product developments to prospective clients. Overseeing he development of marketing literature. Writing reports. Responsibilities and Duties Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients. Increasing client base. Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition. Writing business proposals. Negotiating with stakeholders. Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs. Researching business opportunities and viable income streams. Following industry trends locally and internationally. Drafting and reviewing contracts. Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements. Key Skills Good communication skills. Good interpersonal skills. Good business knowledge. Negotiation skills. Tact and diplomacy. Creativity. A good grasp of numbers and the ability to write documents in a professional style. Organizational skills. Required Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field. Experience in sales, marketing or related field. Strong communication skills and IT fluency. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. Excellent organizational skills.__ NOTE- Freshers are also allowed
