Roles & Responsibilities:
* Meeting and greeting all guests and potential guests, at the front of the Hotel
* Inquiring if they have a reservation and noting it in the reservation book if they do
* Creating a reservation for them with their dining preferences if they do not and noting it in the reservation book.
* Being attentive to guest requests
* Attending guests and resolve their complaints where possible
* Collect Guest feedback during guest departure along with their likes and dislikes
* Good communication skill, both written and verbal
* Must possess time management skills with attention to detail.
* Must be guest service focused and a team player.
* Positive attitude and outgoing personality are essential.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Hospitality Industry
