Job Description

Responsibilities
ï‚· Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
ï‚· Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
ï‚· Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure the functionality
ï‚· Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
ï‚· Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors, etc.)
ï‚· Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
ï‚· Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
ï‚· Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
ï‚· Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
ï‚· Ensure health and safety policies have complied with Requirements
ï‚· Proven experience as a maintenance
ï‚· Experience in planning maintenance operations
ï‚· Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc.
ï‚· Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
ï‚· Ability to keep track of and report on activity
ï‚· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ï‚· Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
