Software Sales Lead

Job Description

Job Role: 1) Work closely with internal marketing, sales, and operations team to prospect clients and schedule well-qualified introduction calls and demos 2) Work across channels (web, email, phone, and in-person) to convert prospects and close the deal. 3) Present, promote and sell products/services using solid solution to existing and prospective customers 4) Act as a key account manager to clients. 5) Demonstrate product features before and after the sale 6) Responsible for the achievement of sales target of the entire region. 7) Plan approaches and pitches. 8) Build relationships with new clients. Ability to tell a compelling story about how product features can address business issues 9) Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating 10) Contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. 11) Protect organization's value by keeping the information confidential. 12) Proactive in participating in the professional event, maintain networking and exploring opportunity to add value to Job. Desired Skills: 1. 2-3 Years of experience in selling SaaS or cloud-based solutions. 2. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills should have strong written/verbal command over English. (Knowledge of Hindi and regional language would be an added advantage). 3. Should effectively communicate with the top brass of the Organization. 4. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs 5. Good market knowledge and should have good exposure to sales planning/forecast 6. Take ownership of the assigned region and enhance customer relationships. 7. Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales. 8. Supporting the marketing team to prepare promotional material. 9. A self-starter and ability to lead the sales team and assign task as per the requirement 10. Articulate solutions with strong business acumen. 11. Willingness to extensive travel Educational Qualification & Criteria: 1. Master’s degree in business administration or another relevant degree. 2. Bachelor/master’s in computer science or related fields preferred 3. Candidate must be in working profile at present and not between the jobs.
