Job Description

Job Role: 1. Increase in relevant traffic over the website 2. Increase brand and service awareness 3. Sales lead generation (Leads which are matured by BD & Sales team) 4. Convince and convert leads into hot leads (Leads ready to go for trial or start working, help BD & Sales with the required content to nurture such leads) 5. Improve retention and foster cross-sell and upsell by producing content helpful for teams across RPO division – Process, BD & Sales teams 6. Enthusiasm to offer viable inputs which are constructive and helpful to achieve set goals 7. Readiness to understand and incorporate suggested changes 8. Adherence to the content calendar 9. Content delivery tasks per day basis would include: o Writing at least 4 articles or blog content each week (5 workdays) o Writing at least 2 social media posts each day o Writing at least 200 words of SEO specific content each day o Writing 1 long-form content per 20-22 work days which can be – a small guide or a long blog or LinkedIn pulse article or an eBook or other downloadable content or checklist of around 1600-2000 words. 10. Strategy level tasks per week and per month basis would include: o Gather intelligence around how better content could be delivered to the audience - with the help of CMM and other stakeholders o Follow and build insights around industry-specific content interests of the target market and include the best options in the next content calendar Skills/qualities required 1) Degree or equivalent qualification with Good written & spoken English. Impeccable grammar is a must (could do without a grammar Nazi) 2) Experience of the Microsoft Office suite 3) Experience/understanding of writing/ copywriting, ideally for the web and social media 4) Understanding of the UK or US market 5) Intellectually curious and able to dive into the various subject matter 6) Professional attitude Preferred 1. Understanding of RPO as industry and as a division 2. Degree in marketing related subject or Bachelor's / Master’s degree in journalism or communication or in English Literature 3. B2C or B2B marketing experience 4. Experience of marketing for an offshore services company 5. Ability to undertake basic analysis and reporting 6. Loves to read and write Experience: 1-3 Years
