Job Description

The host has to approach Customers with a smile, greet him cheerfully and understand his needs empathetically. He/ She has to listen actively all queries and objections of the customer and handle them efficiently to the satisfaction of the customer. The host has to religiously obtain customerâ€™s valued feedback and data in the prescribed format. The host has to maintain customer database with product details in the follow up register. The role involves writing down customersâ€™ requirement, which may not be available and ensure availability of such stock and give immediate feedback to the customers.
