Sales Representative

Job Description

Work Experience1-3 years Responsibilities: Generate leads via retail sales techniques; engage, qualify and excite the customer Maintain marketing collateral in displays Complete accurate, timely and daily recap reports Provide monthly regional summaries to upper management Report weekly forecast numbers Consistently meet or exceed quota Collaborate in a positive way and communicate frequently with team members Manage company’s Social Media, website, online store, blogs and other tools to generate leads Perform consultations over the phone - address customer concerns and gain their commitment Go on in-home sales appointments to close new sales and provide an exceptional customer experience Provide reports, analysis and recommendations to continuously improve the performance of our sales efforts. Organizing road shows at residential and industrial complexes Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Slides and handheld devices like smartphones and tablets Willing and able to be in a retail environment and stand for extended periods Positivity, tenacity, and ability to handle rejection Flexible and adaptable Reliable access to transportation, as needed, to travel to/from multiple retail locations Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and a willingness to travel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Multilingual a plus
