Job Description

Job Profile: Report to CFO (CEO, MD and Board as necessary) Responsible for building network of lenders and investors (NBFCs, Banks, PE/ VC, Foreign FIs, Others) Responsible for building and ensuring strong relationships with all funding partners Ensuring smooth co-ordination with funding partners on proposal closures, compliances and other activities Responsible for identifying nature of instrument (debt, equity, sub-debt, pref shares, etc) within compliance and business requirement Responsible for profitable liquidity management Responsible for timely raising of requisite fund within budget Responsible for business planning support through excel modelling, analysis and tracking of key performance parameters Responsible for managing internal team and external consultants to deliver the planned fund raise
