Responsibilities Will be responsible for giving Product demo to clients Coordinate with teams for the corrections in product and report bugs. Support walking customers through solutions through calls/emails/chats. Keep analyzing market and competitor's product. Guide customers on product features, product selection, configuration and implementation. Collect feedbacks and generate ideas. Requirements Excellent Communication Skills Should have good problem solving approach Strong Command on English is a Must.
