Novartis Healthcare Private Limited is hiring candidates for below mentioned position Cataract Account Manager Experience:- 4 to 7 years Job Description:- Assist surgeons and their staff to develop the necessary practice improvements, including patient counseling and biometry, to drive the increase in ReSTOR Toric implantations for cataract patients. To work with a set of key accounts as specified by supervisor to achieve targeted numbers. 1. Provide clinical support to ophthalmic practices as identified by Surgical Sales Team/Refractive Product Manager. 2. To work with a set of key accounts as specified by supervisor to achieve targeted numbers. 3. Assess and identify needs of practice to improve surgical outcomes. 4. Communicate with relevant doctors and staff members within the practice to develop a customized action plan. 5. Assist practices and analyze their outcomes (eg. reviewing files, data entry for analysis) as required. Review patient files and data. Data entry and analysis as required. 6. Train staff on the theory and techniques of improving biometry measurements as required. 7. Provide timely feedback to Zonal Sales Managers and Refractive Product Manager. 8. Provide clinical support to ophthalmic practices as identified by Surgical Sales Team/Refractive Product Manager. 9. Provide support to TSE in developing their customers and improving AT IOL sales for their accounts. 10. Conduct assigned number of RTM per year. 11. Regular reporting in SALSA. To maintain the desired call average per month and fre-quency of calls to be done as expected with respect to Dual Ranking of Customers. Call objectives should be managed to give focus on various Products as agreed. Minimum requirements:-Engineering Degree /Science Graduate. Proficient in English Minimum 4 years selling experience in Healthcare Industry
