Job Description : - Generating and increasing day to day revenues/sales through different online mediums. Handling customer queries and feedbacks account reviews and work towards 3.providing the best customer experience. Work on online promotions and social media strategies Search, recommend and seek approvals for new online sales channels. Contribute towards sales escalation through different and unique strategies. Skill Requirements : - Proficiency in eCommerce, merchandising and marketplace management. Graduate or Under Graduate with good sense of online work understanding. Fair presentation and communications skills, both written and verbal. Experience in Key Account management, sales, and marketing can add advantages.
