Magma Fincorp is hiring candidates for the below-mentioned position Field Officer Experience:- 1 to 5 years Job Description:- Lead generation and disbursement Obtain leads through existing customer database Procure leads through the channel - DDSA, NDDSA, dealership Manage the pre-sanction and post-sanction document closure through a tablet interface Due Diligence on Hirer/ guarantor through customer visit Resolution of queries of BM/credit/operations Cross-sell insurance /other fee income from the customer PDD collection Ensure that the vehicle being funded is delivered Meet customers as per allocation Ensure 0 bucket collections, 1-60 collection, MR cut, OD into collections is achieved as per assigned targets Timely punch in details so that the TL is aware of the activities managed through the tablet interface Manage the customer effectively and provide input to the supervisor on high-risk customer Giving input for fraud, vehicle skip info to another bucket.
