( placement means: - selection, joining, 3 months continuity in the job, collection of 3 months of bank statement and 3 months of salary slip from candidates) Batch wise center placement planning. Screening of candidates for upcoming batches. Organizing guest lectures as per plan. Organizing job melas for passing out batches. Document collection from candidates. Candidates joining. Local job search. Taking feedback from employer and sharing. Placement report creation, updating, and sharing. Adhering to sop. Field visits for various purposes, such as joining, document collection, client meetings. Searching employers using job portals.
