EXP; 4 - 8 Years Designing marketing & communication strategy for brands. Handling formulation and execution of annual marketing plans and promotional activities . Conducting quarterly briefing, product launches & product strategy. Active team player for projects like conferences and therapy promotional campaigns Responding to scientific queries of field staff in liaison with medical and other support departments. Orientation meetings for field staff. Good in Designing communication and strategy for the brand, Data analysis, Competitor Activities Insights. Required Candidate profile B. Pharm or B.SC with MBA from reputed business school. Between 5 to 8 years of work experience in Marketing, brand management with Ophthalmic exposure. Having experience in Pharma industry with handling sizable business volume. Proven work experience in product management. Familiarity with market research, Market strategy, product knowledge, brand building, promotion campaigns, strategy building. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
