Bhumika Group is hiring candidates for below mentioned position General Manager Sales & Marketing Experience:- 10 to 18 years Job description:- Lead the department in the formulation of strategy and business plan and preparation of the budget for the entire Sales team in coordination with the top management. - Review, assess and recommend enhancements to the current Sales strategy on a periodical basis - Finalization of the annual target in consultation with management and further broken in half-yearly and quarterly targets for review on a periodic basis with the team members to understand the mitigation and guide the way forward and recommend correction if required.
