Tata Steel is hiring candidates for the below mentioned position Sales Manager Experience:- 3 to 5 years Responsibilities:- 1. Ensure the booking of orders as per the business plan and maintain adequate order funnel. Sales to booking ratio to be achieved as per plan 2. Coordinate with Manufacturing Unit/ Supply Chain team for ensuring sufficient inventory in the system to avoid stock out. 3. To establish a robust sales and delivery process to reach the customer. Key performance measures being quality of data captured, a number of distributor visits, an increase in app adoption, Net Promoter Score, etc 4. To conduct regular meets, engagement programs for influencers and organize presentations. To set up the installer team and handle top accounts directly 5.
