The role is of a creative designer with skills of converting ideas into meaningful and delightful interaction designs. The candidate should possess clarity in vision, eye for clean and modern design and should be able to transform high-level requirements into interactive flow. He/she should be able to create intuitive and functional interfaces The candidate should be able to conceptualize original ideas in bringing simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks Responsibilities Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to dev team To create wireframes, site maps and style-guides to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards Requirements Demonstrable Visual design skills with a strong portfolio Ability of creating wireframes, flows, site maps and styleguides Proficiency in Adobe suite and Sketch Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction Ability to present your designs and solutions to various stakeholders Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively Should have complete technical knowledge of web browsers and mobile platforms Should be updated with all latest trends of designs
