Job Description

The role is of UX Designer/Researcher, who would be working on defining experience for softwares, applications and platforms to meet user’s needs. The expectation would be to enhance the user experience by combining workflows and interfaces for our customers. Strong analytical and design sense is all what is needed to grasp user needs and addressing the problems for creation of usable and intuitive solutions. Responsibilities Understand product specifications and user needs & psychology Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback Create personas through user research and data Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability) Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends Requirements Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role Strong portfolio of design projects Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture Proficient in design software (e.g. Adobe Suite, Sketch) Problem-solving aptitude Analytical mind with a business acumen Excellent communication skills
