Archi Group is hiring candidates for the below-mentioned position Customer Service Executive Experience:- 1 to 5 years Job Description:- * Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the project * Answer questions about project or the company * Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales * Direct prospects to the field or office sales team when needed * Enter and update customer information in the database * Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation * Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information * Fluency in Written & Spoken Hindi and English * Work Efficiency across google drive and Microsoft office * Submit daily progress reports and ensure data is accurate * Work in a team-building environment
