exp: 6 - 10 Years Long term project & normal capex financing Working capital finance & cashflow management Financial modelling / projections for project finance Familiarity with financing instruments like NCDs, CPs, ECBs, FRMs etc. Liaison / negotiation with lenders, rating agencies, lenders' agencies, trustee Loan documentation - review, negotiation with lenders/legal counsel Routine functions like MIS, debt servicing etc. Raising money by way of structured financing options / debt capital market instruments in INR and / or FCL Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 15,00,000 PA.
