Job description Job Duties Responsibilities: Increase customer satisfaction and productivity by providing outstanding, high-quality customer application education and support, incl. turnover training and further continuation education, thereby optimize customer training experience On-site customer education at his/her Siemens systems; incl. turnover training, follow-ups, updates and upgrades for standard systems and applications Professional application support to quickly process and resolve customer tickets, escalations and complaints, incl. error diagnosis repair and trouble shooting Handover training MR application at hospital diagnostics centers, Application support for various new and advanced application of MRI machine at sites, Pre-sale application demo of MRI machine, good knowledge of MRI application and good communication skill, handling various people including, technicians, doctors, hospital/equipment owners, sales/PM/service colleagues.
