Job Description: The responsibility of the person to be selected will need to have the following dimensions 1. Responsible for complete order management right from order receipt to product delivery 2. One point contact with the customer for forecast receipt. 3. Perform forecast vs order analysis & discussion with the customer by issuing monthly forecast accuracy reports. 4. Collaborate with the supply planning team for order prioritization basis customer requirements. 5. Interact with different stakeholders like production planning, quality, warehouse, packaging development, regulatory, logistics for timely order servicing. 6. Generate & discuss MIS on daily plan vs actual in line with order confirmation to customer. Generate month-end dispatch actual vs plan & reasoning for dispatch non-achievement & recommend solutions for the future. 7. Communicate customer requirements through production planning to manufacturing & other departments. 8. Proactively identify possible changes in forecasts and impact on supply chain; engage in collaborative discussions with all concerned and timely resolve exceptional changes in forecasts. 9. Keep abreast of operational issues and maintain all slices of information necessary to make changes in sourcing plans. Required Candidate profile Position Profile Location: Vadodara, India Experience: 6-10 years of experience in Demand Planning and Supply Chain related activity In the Pharmaceutical field.
