Amway is hiring candidates for the below mentioned position Retail Executive Experience:- 0 to 3 years Job Description:- Ensure attending to all queries, complaints & request at CS desk for all ABOs, PCs & Customers Ensure processing of PC Application forms instantly on receipt Ensure facilitation & support to ABOs / PCs / Customer walk-ins at the office in case of any concerns expressed during their visit to the office 100 % registration of all queries, complaints on CMP. Ensure correct, complete & professional communication (written, verbal) to all queries, complaints received through walk-ins & emails Ensure processing of all Customer Service processes within defined TAT. Ensure all SOPs are compliant (correct & complete documentation).
