EXP:" 14 - 20 years Qualifications/Requirements : Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or in STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) A minimum of 15 years of technical experience Desired Characteristics : Experience in Medical Device design and regulations Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements for Medical Devices Demonstrated project leadership and influencing skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Design for reliability experience Proven experience on in Software Development Process and Agile methodologies Experience in data analytics Demonstrated experience in AI, ML and NLP Experience with medical device production or operation or servicing Strong team player collaborates well with others in global locations to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization Demonstrated customer focus evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint Change oriented champions and drives change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly.
