Pavilion Heights is hiring for the position of Sales Executive Requirements:- The person must have at least 1 year of experience in real estate sales. corporate sales job. They should be able to solve the queries of all potential/interested customers and tell them about the on going projects of the company. Should be able to acquire customers for real estate from open market and build relationships with them. Should be in connect with the telecalling team and attend timely meetings, as and when required. Ensure the achievement of given targets as per company timeline. Keeping a track record of accurate discussions with customers. Should be able to understand the real estate industry as a whole, the on going projects of the company and most importantly the customers. Should be able to guide the customers step by step towards applying for the property, explaining them the terms and conditions of ROI very clearly. Should attend the calls from customers and be available for customer servicing as and when required.
