Job description:- Create a network of referring physicians and hospitals / Nursing Home / Clinics. Classify them in terms of their potential to refer patients to Sterling Hospitals - Vadodara Plan and implement referral plan for referral team. Achieve targets assigned. Plan and implement tracking mechanism and support documents to verify the referral generated by team efforts. Address any queries/issues/concerns of the referring doctors regarding the hospital or any queries that are directed to him from the referral coordinator. Assist in planning of events in Vadodara and peripheries that involve referring physicians; also responsible for ensuring participation during the event.
