Job description:- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring employees. Maintain pay plan (Salary and allowances) and benefits program Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Analyze performance data and train staff accordingly Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics Ensure legal compliance throughouthuman resource management Manage day-to-day performance of sales representatives and deliver reviews Co-ordinate with sales executive.
