Job Responsibilities:- Analyze and determine all standards for packaging lines and ensure compliance to all schedule for processes and develop with creativity and maintain all packing orders effectively. Monitor and recommend improvements in processes to increase efficiency of packaging department and maintain records of all physical samples and prepare documents for same. Manage all coordination with respective departments [Product + Graphic Designer + 3rd party agency i.e Vendors and Creative agencies + QC + QA + Purchase + Printing vendor] to ensure in time and accurate creation of packaging. He/she will manage the entire packaging related all kind of functions and ensure to intime market launch in line with mentioned department co-ordination & management. He/She is from packaging domain and accountable for strategic thinking, creativity, inter department management & co-ordination and ensure new & existing packaging with concern product to launch in the market as per Company guide line. He/She should also analysis -suggest the packaging material -media/subtract basis on the market trend & requirements. On regular basis to interact with Sales staff & trade for feed back and analysis. As & when needed he/she should visit the market and take the feedback and update to Concern departments with the required observations. Develop team environment in department and resolve all packing issues in coordination with concern department. Coordinate with plant manager and evaluate all projects and recommend ways to reduce cost and improve quality of all processes and provide necessary training and counseling to employees as per requirement. Develop and maintain professional relationships with all external vendors and contractors and improve efficiency process through incorporation of new technology. Monitoring start to end process from layout creation to master sample proofing Remain updated with new technologies, theories, practices, and techniques related to graphic design Education and Experience Requirements:- Specialization in Packaging or Relevant educational background i.e IIP ( Indian Institute of Packaging )qualification is must 5 to 7 years of experience in Packaging filed/domain especially from FMCG companies.
