Job description:- 1.Knowledge of BMS integration with Lighting control, Electric power control, Heating Ventilation & Air Con (HVAC), Security, access controls, FA & PA, Lift, Plumbing and CCTV. 2.Knowledge of Direct Digital Controls, Control Logics, Algorithm and IO Summary. 3.A worked and clear understanding on Sensors and transmitters that are part of a control system like thermostats, liquid differential pressure transmitters for pumps and chillers, differential pressure sensors for fluids and airflow, static pressure sensors, air pressure sensors, CO2 sensors, occupancy sensors, humidity sensors, etc. 4.Should have high-level knowledge with these protocols, Internet protocols, open standards such as BACnet, Lon Works, and Modbus, etc. Capable to read drawings and basic operations of AutoCAD. 5. Interact with different stakeholders for requirement gathering and coordinate with the project team as per requirement. 6.Knowledge on hardware and Software operation of Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider, Johnson controls, etc. BMS Systems. 7.Understanding on operations and maintenance of BMS. 8.Thorough knowledge in Excel, Word, PPT and MS Office. 9.Basic Knowledge of reading building drawings and understand engineering documents and its functions. 10.Strong in fundamentals and knowledge of engineering (Electrical / IT / Instrument / Communication / Telecom) is must. 11.Should be an excellent coordinator and update report proactively. 12.Interact with different stakeholders for requirement gathering and coordinate with project team as per requirement / need basis. 13.Willing to learn and work together with team on project execution, coordination and maintenance of systems and operations. 14.Excellent Communication skills. 15. Trouble Shooting BMS, and should have deep knowledge about Sensors and its functions
