Podar International School is hiring for the position of COUNSELOR Job Responsibility: Co-ordinate & Reporting to Inclusive Education cell for an action plan for the school counseling, psychometric testing, treatment plan workshops etc. Design IEP's for individual special need child. Counseling children, parents. Conducting sessions and workshops with Children, Parents, Teachers. Create and maintain a database of Counselling cases. Needs to look into the requirements of children with special needs. Help school in handling emotionally challenged students. Handle age-related special requirements of students. Skills Required: Fluent English Communication Good Computer Skills Experience Required: Counseling experience of 2-3 years in School Qualification required:- PG Psychology / Clinical Psychology
