Job Description

1. Responsible for sales of entire range of construction chemical and protective coatings in assigned geography. 2. Increase market awareness of the company and the brand in the given area and develop good relations with customers. 3. Handle current business and target new customers and segments to generate new business. 4. Prepare and submit techno-commercial bids to the clients, negotiate and secure orders. 5. Develop product specifications and vendor approval targeting customer base of architects, structural consultants, clients, developers, EPC contractors, etc. 6. Develop strong network of channel partners and applicators. 7. Achieve monthly / yearly sales and collection budget set by the management for the assigned territory. 8. Conduct various marketing and promotional activities. 9. Monitor and report market activities to the management as per set formats. Candidate must have experience in construction chemical, paints or building material segments and good exposures to industrial and projects sales.
