Applicant will be responsible for maximizing sales to drive profitability and deliver exceptional customer service in the floor. Leads, manages and organizes the store according to the said SOP's & policies, drives customer retention & customer satisfaction. Will manage the team's performance, training & development needs. Will be responsible for recruitment and on-boarding of the team at the store. Will also be responsible for the billing.
