Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. You will recruit and handle a team of Agency Partners. 2. You will recruit, identify and create AP's from existing advisor base and own personal & professional references. 3. You will develop the required team of AP's through coaching, training, team management and support, etc. 4. You will provide operational support to APs in terms of business submission, issuance, pending resolve, new advisor licensing, etc. 5. You will plan, Monitor and Review APs on a regular basis to drive their team Activity, Case Rate and Case Size. 6. You will recruit new advisors through Agency Partner. 7. You will undertake activities like Career Opportunity. 8. You will make presentations and other footfall activities to drive recruitment. 9. You will follow the Recruitment process as laid down by the company for recruitment of new agents to ensure both quality and quantity of recruitment. 10. You will help the AP develop more leaders in his direct and indirect teams, and thus progress onto higher career levels.
