Job Profile: 1) Recruitment of 8 - 10 life insurance consultants, 2) Training & motivation to a team of financial consultants on a regular basis. 3) Joint calls with team members on a regular basis to motivate and guide them on all aspects of the business. 4) Pitching and giving presentations of company products to prospects & clients. 5) Achieving monthly & annual targets on a regular basis. 6) Hand holding of team members on a regular basis on all the parts of business activities. Required Candidate Profile: Candidate has to have a minimum of 1 year of sales work experience of any industry with the minimum overall experience of 2.5 years. Candidate has to be Local from the location for which he is applying or residing in the same city from the last 4 - 5 years. Candidate has to have good local market relations.
