Responsibilities and Duties:- Good Experience in both Manual Testing and Automation Testing. Strong experience in writing test scenarios and test cases. End to End Product Testing. Create logs to document testing phases and defects with maintenance of Test Data for Analysis. Experience with multiple testing & development methodologies including Code Driven Testing (CDT), Data-Driven Testing, Keyword Driven Testing (KDT), Modular Driven Testing (MDT), Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) Natural interest and desire to drive innovation through automation. Ensures bugs are communicated clearly to the development team and business partners as well as tracking the bugs to completion. Writes weekly status reports to provide project management and leadership with updates on overall test status. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:- Has 2+ years (as QA), managing SFDC projects/ delivery, people and processes using Agile and Incremental/ SDLC methodology. Should have a technical background and working knowledge on technologies like Android OR Microsoft Technologies like Dotnet, MVC, etc. Excellent planning skills using common applications (i.e. Trello, Jira, Slack) Experience working for USA Clients. Should have excellent oral and written communication skills. Should be able to think like the customer and provide solutions. GOOD TO HAVE QA Tester certification Experience Required: 2 - 4 years
