Designation: Sr. HR Recruiter We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring great employees and managing inhouse recruitment team. Skills Set Required: Talent Acquisition. Sourcing Profiling Screening Client Communication & Engagement Reporting Delegation Team Management Roles and Responsibilities : Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Delegating the requirement by prioritizing them. Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy. Communicating the clients for requirements, updates and further business. Screening the candidates sourced by recruitment team. To conduct initial round of interview before forwarding it to the client. Experience: Min 2+ years experience.
