Aavas Financiers is hiring candidates for the below-mentioned position Manager/ Senior Manager - Audit Experience:- 5 to 8 years Qualification: CA/ICWA/MBA/CIA. Executing audits independently - planning, fieldwork, and reporting. Review of audits performed by team members including work paper review. Understanding of the intrinsic process, process gaps/ weakness identification. Preparation of scope document, process flow chart and Risk & Control matrix for each review. Discussion of observations with process owners, the root cause analysis and suggest suitable recommendations to mitigate the process gaps. Preparation of Internal audit report for circulation to the management. Follow up with the management for the implementation of agreed action plans. Conducting opening and closure meetings with the head of the function. Completion of working papers and uploading the same onto the audit tool (CAPT).
