Job Description

Identifying and recruiting Agents in the respective area to build retail business - Induction / training of each acquired agent on product and processes Ensuring -IRDA certification / license of each agent - Ensure completion of Budget and drive the growth of business - Develop and nurture relationships with Agency Channel partners to yield a productive relationship - Provide end to end solutions to Agents thereby ensuring that service level commitments are met Initiate cross selling and rollover business thereby providing value addition to the channel partners - Balance Agency channel's portfolio and ensuring LOB wise Business - Manage productivity mix to ensure that the cost of acquisition is within the budgeted levels Graduate with minimum 3 years experience in General Insurance Industry (Profile working with GI Brokers can also apply) - Currently working in Agency Channel & able to develop Agency - Should have knowledge of Non Motor Products
