Business Development Manager - Credit Life

Job Description

Position Title: Business Development Manager Credit Life Branch: Sales locations specified based on requirements Department: Banca JOB PURPOSE Strategize and develop credit life channel by developing relationships with existing and new new banca partners to achieve / exceed the business plan. He will also strive to deepen the existing relationships These would then lead to better opportunity mining of bank asset book and thereby contribute to top line and bottom line as per agreed product mix and distribution strategy. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities 1. Target Achievement 2. Increase penetration 3. Relationship Management skills: both with Banks and Sales teams at all levels 4. Coordination with Banks Zonal/Regional offices and Loan Points along with branches 5. Coordination with Key persons (credit officers, Marketing teams, branch Manager) of the Banks for increasing Credit Life business 6. Coordination with Sales teams 7. Ensure timely closure of applications for faster issuance 8. Business Development (citing new avenues of expanding business with in the Banks/RRB and onboarding new Master Policy) Technical Competencies / Specializations 1. Domain expertise & Industry knowledge 2. Number oriented 3. Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills 4. Effective relationship management through coordination & Managerial skills 5. Multitasking and prioritization of activities 6. Excellent Excel and Presentation skills 7. Team player Education and Experience Education : Minimum Graduate and complete working knowledge of MS Office Suite. Experience : Minimum 5-6 years of work experience Industry: Industries / Companies: BFSI
