Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Client Servicing Manager to join our growing team. This role
is pivotal in acting as the bridge between clients and the internal creative team, which includes
graphic designers, video editors, and content writers. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in marketing or advertising agencies, excellent communication and coordination
skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal creative team.
• Experience: min 1- 2 years in the same field (ad agency/ marketing agency)
• Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable tasks for designers, editors,
  and content creators.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
• Manage timelines, approvals, feedback, and revisions efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular updates, meetings, and
  clear communication.
• Work closely with the strategy and media teams (if applicable) to align creative work
  with broader campaign goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively solve issues.
• Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and align with brand guidelines.
