Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to join(Onsite). Responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining office and online store records, and supporting inventory management on Zoho. Handles administrative tasks, including coordinating with departments, processing orders, and managing shipments. Interacts with clients, vendors, and visitors while ensuring smooth operations across various channels.

Education/Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Maintains accurate records and enters data
Perform basic administrative tasks and Update office records.
Coordinate with departments to support operations.
Support inventory management on Zoho and assist with stock audits, as well as handle shipment duties (domestic/international).
Create, edit, and update spreadsheets
Interacts with clients, visitors, and vendors
Assisting with inventory management.
Maintaining all the Online stores regarding the inventory and orders.
Processing company purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and bills.

Requirements:

Excellent organizational and management skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to join immediately.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of export/import procedures.
Previous experience in an export firm.

Salary criteria: Best according to the Industry standards and experience

Location: On-site, Udaipur

Timings: 10-6 (Sundays Off)
